Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes.
ProbeMetric and related branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit to the platform.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProbeMetric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, abuse, or legal requirements.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
