This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and when refunds apply.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise specified in your contract.
You will retain access to paid features until the current paid term ends. We do not charge new subscription cycles after cancellation is effective.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge date and we will review the request.
Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal date unless otherwise stated.
For enterprise plans, contract terms override this general policy where applicable.
